Background
Moses is an experienced executive recruiter specialized in the medical device and life sciences industry in Japan since 2010.
He is highly networked with industry professionals from manager to Executive level with a good reputation of developing and maintaining trust worthy relationships backed up by delivering successful results in a timely manner to help companies hire key managerial-to-executive level talent, as well as supporting various industry professionals to change their careers.
He has successfully filled leadership roles company-wide from Managers, functional heads, business unit heads to Country managers. Most recently, as one of the core leaders of a large Healthcare & Life Sciences division at a leading reputable executive search firm in Japan, he was leading the medical device specialty team.
Originally from Uganda, Moses came to Japan in 2006 to pursue a Master's degree in Public Policy Studies from National Graduate Research Institute of Policy Studies (GRIPS) under the MEXT Japanese Government Scholarship program, and ever since Tokyo has become his second home.
In Uganda, after graduating from Makerere University with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics he worked at Bank of Uganda (Central Bank) while pursuing the MBA program.
Having been in the Executive Search recruitment for more than 12 years in Japan, he is hoping to passionately continue partnering with healthcare companies to hire key talent; hence contributing to clients' business growth, improved healthcare service and better standards of living for industry professionals.
